Joe Hart watch LIVE: Every save and every kick from the England No.1 during Atalanta vs Torino

Oh Atalanta have an attack down the left.

Kurtic running at Bovo.

Hart shuffles his feet to the near post, readying himself for a cross.

Ah…it’s s***. Outside the boot, straight out of play. Rubbish.

Another goalkick for Hart – Another short pass to his pal Bovo.

Bad listings

Pre-kickoff awkwardness

Mihaijlovic revealed earlier this week that Hart was picking up Italian quite quickly.

“I had good feedback from him so I’m not surprised. He is speaking a few words and phrases in Italian because we have taught him 50 basic football words such as pass, kick, forward and defend and midfield. That sort of thing.”

But English has proven a tad more difficult for those at Torino to grasp, mistakenly naming him on the team sheet as ‘John Hart’, rather than ‘Joe’. John is, as it turns out, one of Charles Joseph John Hart’s middle names but he preferes to be called ‘Joe’.

Full story here

He passes short again (Yay!)

A low shot from Gomez is dragged wide in the 11th minute.

Hart saunters across to pick it up from behind and takes the goal kick. Again, he rolls it out to Bovo.

Looks like he’s been told to build from the back (which is how Torino played under new Italy boss Ventura last season – seems no change under Mihajlovic.)

Still no hands

A couple more passes for Hart, he goes short to his centre half twice.

On the second of those, he gets it back and then clips an angled ball out to the right wing-back on the halfway line, finding his chest.

Who says he can’t pass?

Hart gets his first touch

More organising of the wall for Hart as Torino give away another freekick,

This time, over to his left, he organises a four-man wall.

It’s dire and Atalanta hit the wall before giving away a foul.

Hart takes the freekick and passes it five yards to his centre-half.

Take that Pep!

Bovo booked

Three minutes in and Hart is down to work.

A mistimed challenge from Cesare Bovo gives away a free-kick 30 yards from goal.

Hart sets up his wall, points three fingers up to his defence and postions his men where he wants them.

Atalanta try to cross one into the box instead of shooting and Torino head clear.

No save yet.

Good tackle out on the left side by Leandro Castan.

It’s down near Hart’s corner flag and the Englishman applauds the Brazilians intervention.

We’re underway

Right, Atalanta kick us off.

Well, at the second attempt.

Hart smiles and applauds the home fans as he heads into his goalmouth, throws his towel into the net and gets down to business.

The teams are out

So, Joe Hart is out with his new teammates.

Sinisa Mihajlovic has thrown him straight in today.

The England keeper is wearing the No.21 shirt, after becoming the first goalkeeper from England to play in Serie A in its modern format.

All the way since 1930.

Afternoon all…

He may not be wanted by Premier League giants Manchester City but he has certainly been welcomed with open arms in Italy.

England No.1 Joe Hart joined Torino on loan last month, and is now set to make his debut for the Serie A side.

Torino are away to Atalanta this afternoon with Hart starting in goal.

Hart has faced criticism for his distribution and concentration in recent months, but not everyone agrees.

So we’ve decided to follow his every touch today and analyse just how he gets on during his Italian bow.

You can follow every save and every kick right here, so don’t go anywhere…
