Don’t you hate it when you accidentally spray tea on your armpits in the morning?
Awful isn’t it.
Let us explain.
A company called YumCha has decided to put tea in aerosol cans. It’s instant, brewed, liquid tea, eradicating the need for “soggy tea bags”.
To make a cuppa using the product, you simply squirt the new mystical tea foam into a mug, add boiling water, a dash of milk, and a teaspoon of sugar (if that’s your bag)… and away you go.
The range is called No More Tea Bags, and comes in classic, jasmine, and even Earl Grey.
This is quite possibly the worst pun ever conceived.

“Like all good ideas, we came up with No More Tea Bags over a nice brew”, YumCha explains.
“We thought there’s got to be a better way to make tea than with those soggy old tea bags…
“We brew proper leaf tea for the perfect amount of time so you don’t have to, and it’s never under-brewed or stewed.
“All you do is add hot water. You can easily control the strength, it only takes two ticks and it’s delicious.”
So, can you imagine going over to your grandmother’s house, only to find her produce a can of tea spray, which she awkwardly uses to fill her finest bone china?
Of course, we did question the validity of the website. Could it all be a hoax?
Is YumCha just mugging us all off?

Emotions are high. Many more have berated YumCha’s attempt at a revolution.
We love a lot of things in cans – beans, spaghetti hoops, beans with those little sausages in. More beans.
We’re British and that’s what we enjoy.
But some things are best left out of cans.
